1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and r889 ("r889", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the r889 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://r889.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any service offered by r889, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform. r889 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Account

A registered user profile on the r889 Platform, created in accordance with the registration requirements set out herein.

Applicable Law

All laws, statutes, regulations, ordinances and governmental orders applicable to a User in their jurisdiction of residence or access, including but not limited to Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 where relevant.

Bonus Funds

Any promotional credits, free bets, free spins or matching funds credited to a User's account pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

KYC

Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by r889 prior to the processing of withdrawals and for ongoing compliance purposes.

Platform

The r889 website, mobile site and any associated applications accessible at https://r889.cam and any sub-domains thereof.

Real Money Balance

Funds deposited by a User into their r889 Account that are available for wagering and withdrawal, excluding any Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements.

Wagering Requirement

The number of times a User must wager a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount, as specified in the relevant promotional terms) in qualifying bets before Bonus Funds may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with r889, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence and access.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded individual on any gambling self-exclusion scheme that covers the Platform or its operator.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, agent or immediate family member of an employee of r889 or any related entity.
• You must not have a pre-existing Account that has been suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

4 Registration & KYC Verification

To create an Account, you must complete the r889 registration process by providing accurate, complete and current personal information as requested. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

r889 reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed and may be required before certain deposit thresholds are reached or promotions are activated.

For Pakistani users, acceptable KYC documentation typically includes:

• A valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — both sides — or a valid Pakistani passport showing personal details and photograph.
• Proof of address, where required by the operator — a recent utility bill, bank statement or equivalent dated within the past three months.
• A liveness check or selfie alongside your identity document, as directed by the verification system.

r889 may in its absolute discretion decline to verify an Account, suspend a pending verification or close an Account where documentation cannot be satisfactorily verified.

5 Deposits & Payments

r889 references familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as local context for Pakistani users only. These references do not constitute a representation that those providers endorse, support or affiliate with r889. Actual deposit methods available on the Platform are subject to operator-specific configurations and may change without notice.

• Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits and processing timeframes vary by payment method and are subject to change.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• r889 does not accept deposits from payment instruments associated with illegal activity or proceeds of crime.
• Deposits made in currencies other than the displayed currency may be subject to conversion at rates determined by the payment processor.
• r889 is not responsible for delays caused by the User's payment provider, bank or mobile money operator.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-fraud and AML control measure.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by payment method.
• Any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before the relevant bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• r889 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times beyond standard timeframes.
• Withdrawals may be declined or held pending investigation if r889 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or breach of these Terms.
• Processing timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays attributable to third-party payment providers are outside r889's control.

7 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All promotional offers displayed on the r889 Platform or communicated to Users are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotional terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stipulated validity period.
• Bonus Funds not used within the specified validity period will be forfeited without refund.
• r889 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that rights already vested in a User under a promotion shall not be adversely affected retrospectively.
• Promotional abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, and use of automated tools — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings and may lead to account closure.
• Specific game-type restrictions, minimum odds requirements and maximum bet limits may apply when wagering with Bonus Funds — see individual promotion terms for details.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on the r889 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category (sports betting, live casino, slots, instant games, esports). In addition, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at r889's absolute discretion. r889 may refuse, limit or void any bet or series of bets without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session or live bet, all affected bets may be void. r889's decision in such matters is final.
• Obvious pricing errors — including manifestly incorrect odds arising from data feed errors — will be voided. Winnings derived from clearly erroneous pricing will not be paid.
• Live betting odds fluctuate in real time. A bet is accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation, not at the time of selection.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, ICC, T20 Internationals and Test series — are subject to standard sports betting settlement rules applicable to each event type.
• The RTP percentages displayed on slot games and instant games are theoretical long-term return figures and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

9 Prohibited Conduct

Users of the r889 Platform must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting). Each person may hold only one Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform in any manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms or any artificial means to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting or casino games.
• Colluding with other players, dealers or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or software errors in the Platform. Any such errors must be reported immediately to r889 support.
• Making chargebacks or disputed payment claims in bad faith.
• Accessing or attempting to access another User's Account without authorisation.
• Posting, transmitting or sharing offensive, abusive, defamatory or unlawful content through any Platform communication channel.
• Using the Platform from any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is unlawful.

r889 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close an Account and forfeit any balances therein (pending investigation) where it has reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited conduct. r889 may refer matters to relevant law enforcement authorities where required.

10 Responsible Gambling

r889 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable entertainment activity. r889 strongly encourages all Users to set personal limits and to use the responsible gambling tools available within their Account settings.

Available responsible gambling tools on r889 include (subject to operator availability):

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Wager limits per session or per bet
• Session time limits and reality check reminders
• Cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension)
• Self-exclusion (permanent or time-limited account closure)

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the r889 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of r889 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from r889.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r889 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions, delays, suspensions or failures in Platform availability attributable to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a User's Account where such access was facilitated by the User's own negligence in protecting their login credentials.
• Decisions made by a User to place bets or engage in gaming based on information contained on the Platform. All gambling decisions are made at the User's own risk.
• Losses, sanctions, fines or legal consequences arising from a User's violation of Applicable Law in their jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit r889's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Account Termination

Either party may terminate an Account at any time:

• User-initiated closure: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting r889 support. Any Real Money Balance remaining after settlement of outstanding bets and satisfaction of any applicable conditions will be returned to your verified payment method.
• r889-initiated suspension or closure: r889 may suspend or permanently close an Account at its discretion, including (without limitation) for breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, prohibited conduct, regulatory obligation, or inactivity for a prolonged period.
• Self-exclusion: Users who request self-exclusion will have their Accounts closed for the requested period. During a self-exclusion period, re-registration attempts will be rejected.

Upon termination of an Account by r889 for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings derived from Bonus Funds during the period of prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Real Money Balances will be dealt with in accordance with the operator's applicable procedures and applicable law.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which r889 holds its operator license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws in the User's jurisdiction of residence provide otherwise.

15 Amendments to These Terms

r889 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, r889 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users by posting a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Account.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the changes take effect.
